Training Style & Philosophy

There are over Six Billion people on the planet all with the capactiy to move. Not one person is the same.  Created as an indespensable race of human beings designed to run, jump, swim, climb, throw, push, pull and bound. A limitless capacity with an unlimited amount of freedom to move. The exploration and challenge of ones self in a variety of functional movements and protocols is what we believe, will produce a fitness that is by design; complete, sound, natural and paramount for every human being.

Functional Strength & Conditioning for human efficiency and effectiveness is foundational for every person. Resulting in not only the ability to perform more efficiently in life's daily physical and mental tasks but to also increase strength and power ratios and change body composition.

Whether you  number crunch & run multinational corporations, work with bricks & Mortar, sit in an air-conditioned office, compete in marathons, depend on combat for survival / Competition, Clean & Jerk 250 Kg  or swim through underground caverns holding your breath for three minutes at a time. The likes of the athlete and suburban housewife differ by degree not by kind.

Whether your goals reflect that of those above or not, there is always a reason to move. Human beings have no comparison between each other, there is not one that is exactly alike. How one moves compared to another will differ, strengths and weaknesses will differ, difficulties for some will be a "walk in the park" for others.

Identify and train your weaknesses, meet challenges head on with anticipation. Work in a supportive team environment where you are motivated, encouraged and supported. Have faith that your trials and tribulations will pay off and reap for you character, hope and perseverance.

Hebrews 11:1

"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things NOT seen"

Word of the Week

1 Corinthians 13:4-5 KJV
