Step 2
is to pop down, visit us in person to check out the facility and to fill out the necessary
waiver forms and exercise screens.
Step 3
is to fill out your direct debit form for monthly payment.
If you are new to CrossFit, we will ease you into the class structures, progressively
introduce "CrossFit" Intensity until you accustomise yourself with our program.
Our experienced coaches will adapt to your needs, circumstance, taking into
account any injuries and your current level of conditioning.
