CrossFit Movements & Protocols


As a Crossfitter, beginner, intermediate or fire breather it is inherent that we familiarise ourselves with the 9 fundamental movements with which we work with on a regular basis. The additional movements such as the: muscle up, clean, snatch, row and box jump all have a solid basis from one of the 9 movements.
