- iron out those little weaknesses only visible to an experienced coach.
Whether or not your goals are listed above, we can and will tailor a package that suits your individual needs. From program design to a structured 3 - 7 day plan for any level of athlete. We are not a gym that will waste your time with mediocre measurements, body fat %, BMI or even skin folds. Our "proof is in the pudding". Results speak louder than words. Faster "Fran" times, increased CrossFit Totals are our benchmarks.
If you would just like to familiarise yourself with some movements or are just plain shy, these private sessions will be held within the facility and allow you meet the members and gradually introduce you to "CrossFit Intensity" / protocols.
One off Session (1 Hour) $71.50 inc. GST
