We have a vast array of training packages to suit all levels of fitness. Take advantage of our packages to gain the results you want. Whether you're a beginner or an adept CrossFitter, we can tailor make a package that suits your needs and budget. 3-2-1-Go! Introduction Package
Comprises of 4 x 1 hour Personal Training Sessions aimed at familiarising the participant with the Nine (9) functional movements of CrossFit, the protocols and methodologies used and other applicable movement patterns. This package is a pre-requisite for participation in group skill and WOD classes.
Covering:
Squatting - Air, Front, Back & Overhead
Pressing - Overhead, Push, Push Jerk
Pulling - DL, SDL, SDLHP, Pull Up
Ballistic - Ball C&J, Box Jump, KB Swing
Upon completion, the participant will gain the necessary skills and understanding to undertake a daily WOD or group classes. (Refer to 3-2-1-Go! link on main menu for more info.)

These sessions are recommended in bundles to maximise results with a dedicated coach to cater for your athletic pursuits, job specific skill development, (Have a look at our specific courses and packages) general functional fitness and range of goal specific targets. CrossFit Aphesis will coach you through to your goals.

Time Short 1 / 2 Hour WOD Focus PT
This option is for those who are on the run, want a workout and are short on time. We will coach you through the Work out of the Day (WOD). Clients are expected to be warmed up prior to the start of the session.
Small Group 1 hour PT Sessions (2 - 3 People)
Have some friends that want to try CrossFit? Or want to train with some of your mates? This is the package for you. Nothing beats learning a new skill or performing a PB with someone close by supporting and encouraging you
Specialised Packages
Keep an eye on this section and the homepage as we will be holding annual and bi-annual seminars on "Functional Human Movement", "CrossFit", "Combat Fitness Systems". Plenty of notice will be given prior to any seminar.
Olympic Lifting Introduction
4 x 1 Hour PT sessions focusing on the Olympic Lifts
Covering: Clean & Jerk, Snatch
Fees: $300
Barbell Basic
3 x 1 Hour PT Sessions focusing on an introduction to powerlifting. Coaching of progressive overload principles, correct technique and form. Each session will allow the participant to ramp up to a Max Rep or Max Load dependent on ability.
Covering:
Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift, Press, Bench Press, Squat, Sumo Squat, Weighted Pull Up
